Intakr.

Check the delivery.
Then sign for it.

A manifest is what should be on the truck. Intakr helps check it against what actually arrives — on a screen, on a clipboard, before the signature.

Real interface. Fictional delivery.

01 / From document to decision

One delivery.
Every package accounted for.

Follow a fictional delivery through the app’s actual interface. Select a step, then open its screenshot to see the details.

01 / ReceiveSCREEN CAPTURE ↗
Intakr receiving screen with manifest upload and past receives.
Start with the delivery document. The app accepts a PDF or photos of a paper manifest; this capture uses a prepared local fixture.

Captured from Intakr’s components with fictional records. The keypad and variance checks were exercised locally; document extraction and server storage use demonstration fixtures.

02 / Built to leave the screen

A proper
clipboard companion.

The worksheet carries the same package list onto paper, with room for weights, counts and signatures. Choose the format that suits the bench.

Classic — a separate block for each package, with boxes for individual bag weights.

Original Intakr print layouts, populated with the same fictional delivery. The paper worksheet is a working sheet; the digital reconciliation record is separate.

03 / What stays on the record

The difference
doesn’t disappear.

The sample record keeps expected and received weights side by side. The short stays marked, along with the operator’s acknowledgement and the receipt time.

The app, the paper, the process.

This is a portfolio walkthrough of Intakr, designed and built by Cody. Screens show the real interface in a local component demo captured on September 30, 2026. All names, tags and delivery figures are fictional. The sample PDF was generated directly from the app’s document renderer.

These are screenshots, not live app controls. This demonstration does not test sign-in, AI extraction, production storage or legal compliance.
